Due at Lease Signing:
1st Months Rent or the prorated rent if moving in after the 3rd day of the
month.
A security & cleaning deposit of $2,000.00
A pet will require an additional $400 cleaning deposit
- A small or medium
dog under 50 lbs or a cat is okay
